Before you book
Do I need to prepare anything?
No. If you can share your website address and the suppliers you buy from, we’ll come prepared, but you can also just turn up with questions.
Who should join the call?
Whoever makes the decisions, plus anyone who would use the tools day to day. Two or three people is common.
Can you demo with my own products?
Wherever possible, yes. Share your site or a few products beforehand and we’ll use them in the session.
I’m not in Australia. Will the time suit me?
Yes. We work with jewellers overseas and will offer times that suit your time zone.
Is there any cost or obligation?
None. The demo is free and there’s no pressure to buy anything afterwards.
What if I only want a quote?
Tell us in the form and we’ll skip the walkthrough and go straight to scoping and pricing.
