Getting started
Five steps from install to your first order
Setup is free, so if you would rather we did it, just ask and we will do these five steps with you on a call.

Install the app
Install Build Your Own Earrings from the Shopify App Store and approve the permissions it asks for.
- 02
Add the builder to your theme
In your theme editor, add the app block to the page, product template or collection where the builder should appear.

Load your settings
Use our earrings settings library, add your own designs, or run both, with your prices against each one.
- 04
Connect your diamond supplier
Connect the supplier you buy from, under your own account, so the stones and prices shown are the ones you can actually sell.

Test and publish
Build a pair yourself, check the order that arrives in Shopify, then publish the page.

Common app questions
Check that the app block is added to the page in your theme editor and that the app embed is switched on. If it still does not show, email us with your store address and we will look at it.
Yes. It takes your theme's fonts and colours, and we can adjust anything else as part of setup.
Through your Shopify bill, as with any App Store app.
All three builders are now in one Shopify app. The earrings builder comes in the Ring + Earrings plan, and the pendant builder is added in the complete plan.
